Breath By Breath was developed around a more holistic and mindful approach to fitness, encouraging a connection between both body and mind rather than performance alone. The intention behind the visual identity was to create something that felt approachable, energising, and grounded in wellbeing without relying on the aesthetics often associated with the fitness industry.

The colour palette drew inspiration from the bright yet natural tones of summer fruit, introducing warmth, vitality, and softness while maintaining an organic feel. This balance helped position the brand somewhere between movement, nourishment, and calm.

Typography was selected for its clarity and fluidity, with subtle curves echoing the natural lines and movement of the body itself. The logo mark was designed to reflect the gentle rhythm and flow of breath, reinforcing the slower, more intentional philosophy at the centre of the practice.

Across the website and social platforms, the aim was to create a visual language that felt uplifting, natural, and emotionally grounding, supporting a fitness experience centred on sustainability, awareness, and connection rather than intensity alone.
